Pongal:
A comforting South Indian dish made with rice, moong dal, ghee and black pepper. Mild, creamy and perfect for a wholesome start to the day.
Kesari Bath (Pineapple)
A warm, melt‑in‑the‑mouth semolina dessert cooked with pineapple, ghee, sugar and saffron. Sweet, fragrant and perfect to finish your meal.

A duo of soft, sponge-style pancakes made from fermented rice and lentil batter. Served with our signature vegetable saagu and fresh coconut chutney (contains nuts)

Shavige Bhath (Vermicelli Upma)
A light and delicate savory dish made from fine rice vermicelli. We lightly toss the shavige with crunchy mustard seeds, roasted urad dal, golden peanuts, and fresh ginger, finishing it off with a squeeze of lime and a garnish of fresh coriander and grated coconut.
